Shipping policy

If a product is returned under the right of withdrawal (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs arising from the return.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover all shipping costs, including collection and replacement delivery where applicable.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
