Refund policy

At Kamik, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. For returns due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• To request a return, please email us at kamikspace@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions on how to return the product.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the product's condition to maderterranea@gmail.com. We will assess your case and, if applicable, process an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days.
